[Placeholder] Building loancalc with Astro islands

Placeholder post — this file only exists to exercise the blog layout. Delete or replace it before launch.

wachi.dev is a static Astro site. Each small app lives on its own subdomain and ships only the JavaScript it needs as a React island:

<LoanForm client:load />

Why islands

Most of the page is static HTML. Only the calculator form hydrates, so the page stays fast on a phone.
